QUALITATIVE PARAMETERS OF MONOFLORAL HONEYS FROM SLOVAKIA AND AUSTRIA AND THE ROLE OF WATER ACTIVITY

The quality evaluation and physicochemical parameters assessment of Slovak Austrian monofloral honeys were performed.
